Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of use of the online store www.evgold.md apply to orders for the purchase of goods/services offered by EVGOLD SRL through the website. Before using the website, we recommend that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these provisions without prior notice.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website is owned by EV-GOLD SRL. By placing an order in the Online Store, the Buyer accepts the Terms of Sale for goods/products and/or services, based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) set forth below.

The use of the website www.evgold.md implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions offered by EV-GOLD SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other applicable regulatory acts.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor any changes.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By using the website www.evgold.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing, confirming, and fulfilling orders.

Personal data is processed only for lawful purposes, such as delivering ordered products, promotional campaigns, Google analytics, cookies, and newsletters/notifications. All personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of information on the website. Data transmission via the Internet or wireless networks cannot be fully secured. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided by the Buyer, and the Buyer provides such information at their own risk.

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Orders can be paid by payment card. Upon receiving the order, you will receive a fiscal receipt confirming payment.

Online payments are made under maximum security conditions using a payment card as the payment instrument, allowing online transactions. After payment, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest 3D-Secure standard, which introduces a global approach to customer authentication for secure online transactions. This security measure redirects the user to a secure maib page, where cardholder authentication is performed using a one-time code for each online transaction.

Refunds are made only to the payment card used for the purchase.

To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transmission of this information is carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on the specialized servers of the payment system.

The following data will be requested for payment:

Card number (16 digits)
Expiration date (month and year)
CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
Cardholder’s first and last name

All payments are processed in the national currency – MDL (Moldovan Lei). If the transaction currency differs from the payment currency, the transaction amount is converted according to the bank issuer’s card exchange rate on the settlement date.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / GOODS / SERVICES

After placing an order, the Buyer will be provided with information about the estimated delivery date.

Delivery within Chișinău region is carried out within 24 hours from the order confirmation by our operators. Delivery is performed from 9:00 to 18:00 and is free for orders of at least 1000 MDL. For orders below this amount, delivery costs 100 MDL (included in the total order amount).

Delivery across the Republic of Moldova is carried out within 48 hours from order confirmation. Delivery is performed from 9:00 to 18:00 and is free for orders of at least 1000 MDL. For orders below this amount, delivery costs 100 MDL (included in the total order amount).

Delivery is not carried out on Sundays and national holidays.

Delivery time may be extended in certain cases (e.g., adverse weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen technical issues, etc.). We will notify you if such situations occur.

You may choose any delivery address (home, office, or any other address) without additional charges. Only one delivery address is accepted per order. If you need delivery to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Upon receiving the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the fiscal receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims regarding these issues will not be accepted.

5. RIGHT OF RETURN

Jewelry items (precious metals and stones) are not subject to exchange or return, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003), as amended by Government Decision No. 1188 of 11.02.2007 (MO175/11.09.2007).

6. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection, the service provider processes personal data lawfully, fairly, and in compliance with legal requirements. Personal data is processed using mixed methods (automated and manual) under conditions that ensure security, confidentiality, and respect for data subject rights.

The Provider collects and processes only the personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: first name, last name, phone number, address, and postal address.

Personal data is used exclusively for website administration, providing access to information, order delivery, and communication with consumers for delivery purposes. By providing this information, users and consumers acknowledge that their personal data will be processed and used.
