Placing an order

Orders can be placed directly on the evgold.md website by following the steps below:

1. Add the desired products to your shopping cart;

2. Open the shopping cart and review the selected products;

3. Enter the delivery details and choose the delivery method;

4. Select the payment method;

5. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions;

6. Complete your order.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and one of the EV GOLD consultants will contact you by phone to confirm the order and arrange the delivery details.

Order pickup

You can collect your order free of charge from one of the EV GOLD stores:

• Chișinău, 8 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd. - UNIC;

• Chișinău, 64 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd. - Gallery by EV GOLD;

• Chișinău, 124 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd.;

• Chișinău, 136 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd. - Gemeni;

• Chișinău, 128/1 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd.;

• Bălți, 39/3 Ștefan cel Mare St.;

* Some products are not available in all stores. Therefore, after your order is confirmed, a consultant will inform you by phone from which location your order can be collected.

Order delivery

The minimum order value is 500 MDL.
Delivery within Chișinău:

• Delivery is carried out by the EV GOLD courier service.

• Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.

• For orders with a value below 3,000 MDL, the delivery fee is 100 MDL.

• For orders of 3,000 MDL or more, delivery is free.

Delivery to the suburbs of Chișinău and throughout the Republic of Moldova:

• Delivery is carried out by the Nova Poshta courier service.

• Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

• For orders of 3,000 MDL or more, delivery is free.

• For orders below 3,000 MDL, the delivery fee varies depending on your location and will be communicated during the order confirmation.

*If one or more of the ordered products are available only in the Bălți or Dondușeni stores, the transfer to Chișinău may take between 3 and 5 business days. You will be informed about this during the order confirmation call.

*In exceptional circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, technical issues or other unforeseen events, the delivery time may be extended. In such cases, you will be informed as soon as possible.

At the time of delivery, please check the condition of the packaging and, where possible, the condition of the product. If you notice any non-conformities, please report them to the courier upon receiving the parcel.

Payment methods

Orders can be paid using one of the following methods:

• online by bank card;

• cash on delivery;

• by bank card upon delivery, provided that this option is communicated to the operator during the order confirmation.

To make an online payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. All information is transmitted through secure encrypted connections and processed exclusively by the payment system in accordance with the applicable security standards.

All payments are processed in the national currency - MDL (Moldovan leu). If the currency of your bank account differs from the transaction currency, the conversion will be carried out by the issuing bank according to the exchange rate applicable on the date the payment is processed.

* If you have an EV GOLD voucher, please inform the operator during the order confirmation call. Otherwise, the voucher cannot be used upon delivery.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of use of the online store www.evgold.md apply to orders for the purchase of goods/services offered by EVGOLD SRL through the website. Before using the website, we recommend that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these provisions without prior notice.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website is owned by EV-GOLD SRL. By placing an order in the Online Store, the Buyer accepts the Terms of Sale for goods/products and/or services, based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) set forth below.

The use of the website www.evgold.md implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions offered by EV-GOLD SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other applicable regulatory acts.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor any changes.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By using the website www.evgold.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing, confirming, and fulfilling orders.

Personal data is processed only for lawful purposes, such as delivering ordered products, promotional campaigns, Google analytics, cookies, and newsletters/notifications. All personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of information on the website. Data transmission via the Internet or wireless networks cannot be fully secured. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided by the Buyer, and the Buyer provides such information at their own risk.

3. RIGHT OF RETURN

Jewelry items (precious metals and stones) are not subject to exchange or return, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003), as amended by Government Decision No. 1188 of 11.02.2007 (MO175/11.09.2007).

4. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection, the service provider processes personal data lawfully, fairly, and in compliance with legal requirements. Personal data is processed using mixed methods (automated and manual) under conditions that ensure security, confidentiality, and respect for data subject rights.

The Provider collects and processes only the personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: first name, last name, phone number, address, and postal address.

Personal data is used exclusively for website administration, providing access to information, order delivery, and communication with consumers for delivery purposes. By providing this information, users and consumers acknowledge that their personal data will be processed and used. The Provider processes personal data provided when browsing, using, and registering on www.evgold.md

Any information provided by users and consumers of www.evgold.md constitutes direct consent for the Provider to use personal data. The Provider will not disclose data to third parties without the consent of data subjects, except as required by law (upon request of authorities, legal entities, courts, or other authorized bodies). Personal data may also be used for statistical purposes and marketing promotion.

The Provider ensures compliance with personal data security requirements and protects consumer data from loss, destruction, alteration, falsification, or unauthorized disclosure.

Employees of the Provider are required to maintain the confidentiality of consumer personal data. Personal data processing is carried out by an authorized person of the Provider.
